It all started in a cotton patch in a small central Texas town that Ann Webb began daydreaming of a career in music. Since Ann was the tenth of twelve children, she had quite an audience when she could get them to listen. Even when they would not, she still sang in the cotton patch, on the way to school, and in the church she grew up in, Cameron Gospel Tabernacle. "Even though I was raised in a strict Christian home and spent much of my time in a wonderful church, I was not Born Again until later.” In 1969 Ann moved to Rosenberg, Texas, with her Spouse and children, it was there that Ann dedicated her life to Christ and her music to Gospel through a Billy Graham Television Crusade.

Ann refused a music contract to go to Nashville to record country music because the offer included giving up Gospel. “I am not opposed to country music. I sound country no matter what I sing and sometimes I sing country songs as long as they are not offensive to my Christian beliefs, my heart though is in Country Gospel. I want my music to touch lives, Build Faith, and Glorify Jesus, because of His Anointing, that’s happening”.

For over six years, Ann was the Minister of a Christian Coffeehouse called "One Way," an outreach to teenagers and young adults of all walks of life. "In addition to regular Saturday night Meetings, we formed a small band and sang at churches, on the streets, parks, and where ever we were allowed to go.”

Ann writes most of her own songs and has produced five audiocassettes and CD’s. She considers herself blessed to have a good friend, Dawn Gwin that has also written songs for her. Her third tape was a tribute to Dawn. Ann has been the opening act for Ken Holloway, Lulu Roman, the Legends, and two KJOJ Radio Rallies with Hardy and Marianne Brundage, Del Way and David Powell.

As an Evangelist Ann is available for Singing and Ministering the Word, for Churches, Revivals, Women’s groups, etc. She sings and/or Ministers at Concerts, Weddings, Funerals, on Radio, Television and Opry circuits including Grapevine Opry, Magnolia, Alvin, and Rosenberg. Ann appeared regularly on “Praise The Lord” KETH CH 14 CET and KITU CH 34 Beaumont (TBN Affiliates) and occasionally on Channel 22 of Houston. Two of her greatest loves is Prison Ministry and traveling on mission trips. Six Missions have been to Romania. She participated in distributing Bibles in Schools and Prisons in Romania and sang at Prisons, Crusades and Concerts. She is a member of Parkdale Assembly Of God Church, in Beaumont, Texas, before entering the Evangelist field, she was a Worship leader, Teacher, and still ministers at her home church when time permits.  When not ministering at churches she attends on occasions, Texas Cowboy Church in Orchard Texas, which she wrote a song about. She helps and ministers at other local churches in the area as well. Ann is an Ordained Minister with (WCM) World Christianship Ministries.

Some of Ann's songs have been charted on radio here and abroad, and some even recorded by other artists. She has released six of the songs that she has written on Five CD Compilations by an independent label, BJD, out of Santa Fe, Texas. The Compilations are sent to radio stations across the U.S. and Internationally and is receiving airplay. Ann is a member of BAGMA (Bay Area Gospel Music Assoc.)
